negotiation, and introducing new standard operating procedures. Before joining Silver Summit Dental, Nickolas excelled as a Fresh Start Care Coordinator from 2009 to 2014, where he managed treatment projects, procured cost-effective products, and consistently exceeded goals. His earlier role as SOS Staffing Manager (2007-2009) showcased his talent in lawful hiring, effective communication, and relationship building. As a leader in the 10th Mountain Infantry from 2003 to 2007, Nickolas laid organizational foundations, instructed soldiers in pre-combat readiness, and led over 90% of combat missions. Nickolas is not only an accomplished office administrator but also a decorated Army veteran with a commendable record of service.
